NMC never covered everything, no texture mod does.

This is why I usually have an extensive testing phase before actually playing any modded Bethesda game. If it's any help here's what I've installed so far:

I can't promise everything is fully functional as I'm technically still testing stuff but if you check the textures I'm using you should have a decent starting point to cover stuff that may be bothering you.
