Aye I fixed that exact thing. By default, the base health for NPCs is something low like 50. I changed that to be same as the player, so now NPCs don't just collapse after a couple shots.

Yeah. That tweak is a great find. Really normalizes some things. Also sorry for hijacking your thread with damage curve talk. What’s funny is I think I’m kinda modding my game to act exactly like your mod but without the auto level.

Am I supposed to spawn at level 25? I thought I get some level up screens and distribute my points when I leave the vault, but even before I leave I'm already at level 25 and I never got any level up screens to distribute my points. I have a few other mods installed. I must be doing something wrong as others seem to have this mod working.

Yeah I don't know why that occurs. My script explicitly checks to make sure the player is in the exterior worldspaces before leveling them. You're not the only one with the issue.

My advice is to enable the mod after you exit the vault, it should work then.

This NPC health tweak thing sounds really neat, what's it called?

Also I guess if you're looking to bring back DR together with DT and want a blanket solution that remains compatible with pretty much anything, you could use darth's DT/DR adder.

I fixed that issue, it works properly now.

I just edited the base health for the NPCs directly. For DR and DT, I had to tweak all the armours by hand, in order to ensure that there are still equipment tiers, while avoiding some armours being under/over powered.

Oh fair enough about the hand chosen DR. About the NPC health tweak though, it seems like there's a mod on the nexus that changes it according to 1ercru and I'm curious as to what its name is as I haven't been able to find it yet.

Fifty,what are recommended mods to run along side this?I have read that you can make damage ridiculous with too many mods installed.BLEED,RoySawyer and your damage mods is what I am gonna try for now to test..... :roll:

I just use the damage overhaul on it's own. I made it as all-encompassing as possible, without adding any script burden. Feel free to try it with other mods and report back how it goes.


Update: incorporated fixes made by TTW that I missed during my first pass of the weapons.

2nd Update: incorporated more fixes made by ttw, but for armours.
