If anyones interested I've added https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/39768/ features to TTWRWL, I'll post it here if I get the okay from either the mod author or the TTW guys.

This mod is neat but I find the colour saturation way too intense. Brahmin look way too red, people too. Is there any way to turn that down, or can anyone suggest any alternative mods? I recall enjoying Project Reality when I last played New Vegas a few years back, but not sure if it has a TTW conversion yet. ELFX for Skyrim and Fallout 4 were also good. As was RLO for Skyrim. So any lighting mods similar to those would be neat.

This mod makes my game's nights too dark that I can't even see anything. Any way to reduce its darkness?

This isn't really a solution but the Friend of the Night perk will increase the nighttime brightness.
