I believe it’s a patch, you need the original one, this one does not have the assets the original one haves.

No idea. I'll take a look at it when the next update for TTW comes out, as there should be a fix for an insanely annoying bug in 3.2.2 that's bad enough that I've stopped playing New Vegas.
