TTW Temporary Optionals
These Optionals are TEMPORARY and will be replaced with ini settings.

Included is
Armor Expansion - integrates F3 raider armors from DLC into the leveled lists, integrates all Power Armor types including APA MKI and Tesla MK I into leveled lists.
Perk Per Level - says it all
Fallout 3 VATS - 90% damage reduction and other Fallout 3 settings to VATS
XP Reduction - 50% flat reduction in XP gains

I must ask, in previous incarnations of TTW there was an optional file that allowed speech checks in Fallout 3 to conform to the New Vegas system, rather than being percentage based. Will a similar optional file be provided for 3.2 at some point?

No it will not be included.

Just curious. If I start a game with these optionals, and then you work them into the main build of TTW at a future date, should I expect to encounter issues when I yank these out of my load order? I've always worked under the principle of not changing my mod list after starting a play-though; and when I have changed it, it's always been to add mods, not remove them. (like when having clean start, and then adding mods when you leave 101).

The XP one may cause problems, the other ones just change game settings or global values.

What about the speech checks option? I hate the FO3 speech percentage system

With the XP Reduction option in use, the "Here and Now" level 10 perk, which normally grants an additional level, will only get you halfway to level 11. Maybe intentional? In any case, just a side note.
