I'm particularly interested in distributing DLC weapons to appropriate places across both wastelands (like a small amount of Dead Money's Automatic Rifles in poor condition to Moira or Rivet City's gunstore, Shoulder-Mounted Machineguns (and perhaps a Bozar or two) to BoS Paladins and the BoS vendor).
To be honest, I haven't had much of a look at leveled lists yet and have relied on FNVEdit's merged patches to make sure everything works correctly.

Has anyone happened to have made a list of the various level lists and what they are used for?

You need to make patches manually, you can't use bash or fnvedit automatic or else the leveled lists will become broken with too much of some stuff, and thing in it that should be removed.
TTW contains lots of new lists setup properly for weapons and armor (actor type, condition, with ammo, vendor, etc) this has not been all documented yet, but we planned to make some kind of wiki for it.
We do have some documentation of the form lists however.

Thanks for the info.
I'm really just starting to get back into modding after ignoring it all for a year or so, so some of the best practices I've forgotten about (all I really remember is cleaning up merged patches and reapplying some visual changes made to NPCs).
I'll take a look and see if I can figure it out for myself.
