Nevada Skies Fix for TTW 3.x [Obsolete]

My first fix, woohoo! And it worked! :D

Changing a chair for a closet or locker in a already constructed room? No problem.
Modifying stats and effects in armors, NPCs, creatures and etc? Sure, I know how to do it.
Locating the scripts or settings in a quest and changing the karma, XP and rewards? I learned that recently.

Scavenge the depths of the GECK, editing worldspaces and using xEDIT to check if there's conflicts?
Ops, never done that before.

Anyway, the fix correct the problem with Nevada Skies making the Citadel Courtyard being an empty space with a bunch of BoS people in the middle.

It's my first fix, so if there's a problem just drop a comment.

Out of curiosity, I know this had a fix in 2.9.X, but do you know the cause of the problem?

The problem is the worldspace parent record changes are not forwarded.

Yes, this is the problem, editing the record resolved the conflict.

I vaguely recall there being some sort of bug where game would mess up (crash on slideshow iirc, was a long time ago) at the finale of the Lonesome Road DLC while Nevada Skies is active. Did anyone else ever get that and does this fix it?

I may sound stupid but do I need to download Nevada Skies? Nevada Skies comes with 3 esp's including a TTW esp, I've tried to replace the old esp with the new one but it seems to do nothing. Again apologizes if I'm being stupid, still a bit new to modding.

I'm no expert modder myself, but as far as I can tell you should download Nevada Skies itself. This will be a .7z file. Open it, and it will contain a file called NevadaSkies - TTW Edition.esp. Delete that and replace it by the one linked in the first post here. Then just install the mod as you normally would (enabling only the TTW edition esp and disabling the basic and ultimate esp versions).
It seems to work fine for me, but I only just started the game. Megaton looks fine, but I haven't been to the citadel yet.

Am I installing this correctly? When I install the esp alongside Nevada skies, it breaks the sky and only the citadel has the weather from Nevada skies, and not the rest of the capital wasteland. I use MO2.
