I recently got a new desktop and I had reinstall FO3 and I did i had the BS DLC and I was loaded I had to redo the shock value quest but I couldn't find Paladin Tristan anywhere not even in the citadel or Rockland car tunnel I am so confused anybody know how to solve this problem.
