Fallout 1 Free for a while

Anybody obtained another copy of Fallout 1 for free from Steam yesterday? I was lucky enough to get it before the price was reset.

My brother got Fallout 1 AND 2 for free on the previous years' anniversary. He just remarked today about it only being Fallout 1 for free this year.
