mod that makes you lose all your stuff when you take train?

Greetings, looking for a mod I seem to remember which makes you lose your items when you enter new vegas from DC but cant seem to find, anyone know if it exists for 3.2?

I don't think anything like that has been updated for 3.2. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that's the case.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.
