Any Guide for 3.2.2 texture modding?

Really just seeing if there is any resources that goes over installing texture mods to the newest patch of TTW 3.2.2. Was looking at installing NMCs texture pack along with Ojo Bueno as that was what I mainly ran for my NV playthroughs. I've seen videos covering this topic in the past but for outdated versions that apparently don't work anymore. Any help is super appreciated!!
