i keep getting save file crashes while wearing power armor or while in the operation anchorage dlc the game will run fine and i can make save files but when i try to load them the game will try to load then just CTD if anyone can help that would be great

You have some issues with your load order for sure. Last I heard CASM was broken and caused crashes. I don't know if it was ever fixed, but you can set an automated save system that works better using Stewie's Tweaks. You should turn off the games auto save feature because it's buggy as crap too. You can get rid of Perk Per Level as well, that can also be done with Stewie's Tweaks. The Clarity - TTW patch needs to be AFTER the Clarity esp, not before. EVE is also incompatible and should be removed. It hasn't been compatible since TTW 2.9 and even then needed a patch.

Probably other issues but those are the most obvious.

You should also be using Delay DLC - TTW, not Simple Delay DLC. New Vegas Redesigned also needs a TTW patch. Both can be found on the nexus.

I don't think Brave New World has a TTW patch yet, and it would need one, much as NV Redesigned does.

You edit it's ini file.

I think a new version of Stewies's Tweaks with an ingame menu was recently released, or will be released soon (not sure which). That will probably make it easier to configure properly.
