Cannot Intstall TTW after Using ANV Patcher on Steam Client

I cannot get TTW to install using the steam version, I attempted to do the recommended fix (anniversary patcher). I still get the error "This version of fallout 3 is not supported". Could you not even be bothered to read even ONE of the dozens of threads on this very problem? Go read one of the MANY threads on the new Fallout 3 version and the installer issue. We don't need ANOTHER dozen threads on the same damn thing.
