Another TTW update for one of Yukichigai's old mods, Ownerless Trash. Makes it so the denizens of the Capital Wasteland will no longer try killing you for taking stuff from their garbage cans. A version exists for users who use AWoP 3 & NV alongside TTW that covers containers from those mods, too.

I was actually discussing with the team to make all trash containers owned by the player

It's such a simple change to get rid of a lot of potential silliness. As far as I know, there is no owned garbage container in 3 or NV that you can get anything more valuable than the odd Nuka-Cola. I don't think any NPCs actually mention particularly caring about the contents of any of them -- not even crackpots like No-Bark where it could make sense they'd do something goofy like risk fighting you over their garbage. I like that the script is on the base records for the containers too, so if any mod in general adds them to an owned cell they're covered, too.
Too bad it's insanely more complicated to deal with all the individually-placed owned junk items strewn on all the floors that nobody would actually care if you took. Maybe I should start by putting Yukichigai's script on tin cans and destroyed books.

The only case I see for owned trash is where you actually have an owner actually looking out for their trash, like Gibson's scrap yard just north of Novac.
