3.3 balance changes and other mods

Just wondering if theres some method I can follow for making sure items from other mods are most in line with the changes in the latest version of ttw. There seems to be quite a range of changes made to values, and armor, what with having Dr and DT. Is it going to be fine to slot other weapon and armor mods in here without adjustment?

value is usually removing a 0 from the end, use your discretion.

Armor is setup in tiers to have the same DR/DT for that tier and armor type. What distinguishes armors are their effects.
