Changing Weapon looks and weapon replacers

so i wanted to replaced the C.A.R. with something more ...not falling apart lolz

i found this video and it Tired the instructions because i was thinking it is fallout it could work but it didnt...i wanna change the look of a regulars weapon with the look of a modded one..

could something like this work with TTW i am learning more and more with Xedit :3

i do have the geck installed but i think Xedit is better because it just needs simple changes
